If you prefer to use a credit card over the phone, please email us at orders@taly.com. Please include your SHIPPING ADDRESS including POSTAL CODE and PHONE NUMBER so shipping charges can be calculated for you.
Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes imposed by their country. Customers should check with their local government concerning such charges.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can call us to get a return authorization number within 7 days of delivery. In most cases we will be able to provide a full refund (less shipping and handling), but if the product is not in "like new" condition, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. Books, DVDs and electronic devices must be unopened and include all inserts, documentation, etc.
Products without a return authorization number may be refused so please call us if you have a problem with your order. We will do everything we can to solve the problem to your satisfaction.
Refunds for items returned within the allotted time and with a return authorization number will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
